The Bible is the inspired Word of God, authoritative and inerrant in all its teaching in regards to God's sacred truth concerning faith, doctrine, practice and historical and future events (2 Tim. 3:15-17; John 12:48-49; 16:13; 17:17; Rev. 6:1-17; 7:1-17; 8:1-13; 9:1-21; 11:1-19).
There is one God (1 Tim. 2:5; Is. 44:6; Deut. 6:4), eternal and self- existing in three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), yet one and the same God (1 John 5:7; John 10:30; 1 Cor. 8:6; 12:4-6), with no beginning or end, the author and sustainer of all things, who is to be honored and adored (Rev. 4:8-11; 1 Tim. 1:17; 6:16).
As a result of Adam's fall, original sin effects man's whole being, all humanity is thus lost in sin and totally helpless (Rom. 5:12; Gen. 3:1-19).
The Sovereign God, for no other reason than His own abundant love and mercy, has chosen lost sinners from every nation to be redeemed at a price (1 Cor. 6:20), purchased and set free from sin (Tit. 2:14) through the blood of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ (Eph. 1:7; Heb. 9:22), by His sacrificial and atoning death on the cross and resurrection (Rom. 4:25; Gal. 3:13; Rev. 5:9).
It is God the Father whom initiates the work of salvation (John 6:44) by the quickening power of the Holy Spirit and by the Word of God to enable a sinner to come to believe in Christ as Saviour (Mark 16:15-16; John 1:12-13; Act. 16:31; 8:35-37; Rom. 10:9-10), and to be born again (John 3:3-17; 1 Cor. 12:13; 1 Pet. 1:23), then to persevere in the faith to the end (John 5:24-25; 6:40, 44, 54; Matt. 24:13).
Justification is by faith and through it the undeserving sinner is clothed with the righteousness of Christ (Rom. 1:17; 2 Cor. 5:21).
The goal of God's salvation in the life of His children is to produce character (Rom. 5:4-5), "love" being the ultimate and highest goal (Matt. 22:36-40), also holiness, good works and service for the glory of God (Col. 3:17, 23-24; 4:17; 1 Thes. 2:12).
At death the child of God's soul passes immediately into the presence of God (2 Cor. 5:8), and the unbeliever's soul is eternally separated from God unto condemnation (John 3:18-19; Rom. 6:23; Is. 59:1-2).
The Lord Jesus Christ will return to earth, visibly and bodily, as a Judge of all humanity, and to consummate history and the eternal plan of God (Rom. 2:11-16; Matt. 25:31-46).
The Gospel of God's salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ must be published to all the world as a witness before the Lord Jesus Christ returns (Matt. 24:14).
